kind of think that the success of this camp was mainly the reflections part.
come to think of it, we made the junior councilors reflect, but what about us?

Why do I want to join council in the first place?
What was my initial motivation to join?
What's my motivation to stay on?
Why did I choose to apply for council exco?

I think its really time to reflect on myself on what i have been doing, and what i want to do. its really no point wasting so much time doing stuff that i dont enjoy, or find it a hassle to do. nevertheless, whenever we start something, we would have to end it off well.
